I got a mom that is an alcoholic
I ruined a relationship because I was drunk. Then the same girl did the same thing to me and she was also drunk. Who here thinks its horrible.
He drives down the road looking out the front window looking at the clouds for Gods face, also everything we do he incorporates Jesus into. He told our preacher he seen his face in the clouds, and the preacher was like…….Psycho!!!! He also looks down on my mom for smoking, cause he swears it will pollute his so called “perfect” body!! But yet two years ago he was a CRACKHEAD!!!! Now instead of being addicted to drugs, He is addicted to Jesus, ( not saying i am astheies, but he is psychiotic!!!! How do i get this hippocrite to stop!!!
I binge/purge regularly, i constantly think about food, weight, consider myself fat even though i’ve been told i’m skinny, my bmi is healthy, dead on in the middle, and i go on extreme diets..

I see a psychiatrist, who doesnt seem to want to help as my weight is stable, but i just wanna be normal :( i wanna be able to eat a grape and not have to weigh it and calculate the calories :(
I’ve learned that my mom thinks I’m an alcoholic, even though I only drink on the weekends, after work, and during lunch meetings, and when I play video games (24/7 LOL). I don’t want to make her upset, but drinking is the only way I can forget about my failed basketball career (as a equipment manager…long story, I used to help out with a certain “Royal” basketball team but I got too drunk and missed a very important game. A player was injured because he was wearing the wrong shoes…). I’d like to figure out a way to cover up my drinking, which I don’t feel like is a problem. Sometimes I wild out and do things I don’t remember like eat a whole bucket of ice cream and barf on my carpet.
My gf doesn’t think I have a problem . She is just worried about our upcoming abortion (only our third.) I plan to go back to school in the fall for a fencing class.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia have a bad back (herniated disks) and a hernia from a surgery. My doctor writes me an Rx for darvocet that really doesn’t help but hey its better then Tylenol every time i take a pill i get a lecture she just doesn’t understand the pain I am in every day. So i started hiding it from her and she would ask how is your pain and i say ok just so she will drop it and she will say something snotty like well then you can get off the drugs then cant you? She has no idea i don’t take the pills to get high or for the fun of it i take them because i’m in so much pain i have contemplated suicide still do on really bad days when the darvocet doesn’t help. How do I explain to her that im not a druggy never have been im not addicted because i have gone with out when i didn’t have money for a refill and i wasn’t craving it like people on drugs do. any advice?
I’m 14-year-old. I went on a binge of using IV drugs (don’t want to be specific) for about three weeks or so doing it every day or every other day, at least. My sister went into rehab and I’ve been begging my mom to take me. She keeps accusing me of wanting to go for attention. I have NEVER done anything for attention in my life. I scare myself, I’m a 14 y/o girl and if I’ve gone this far already, who knows what the future holds for me. She tells me that I crave attention and I forced myself to be an addict. She says every time I stuck a needle in my arm, it was for attention. She doesn’t understand or she’s in denial, I don’t know what’s going though her head. She had agreed to take me into detox tonight, but she says they will turn me away. I think they would be f***ing happy to take in a 14 y/o with this problem. I want this for my future. I’ve been addicted before and she has absolutely no experience with this. My dad has, and he has convinced her (half-way) that people don’t do this for attention, at least, not me. What do I say to her?
Plus, rehab costs $1,500 and I really don’t want to make her pay that, but I know I need it. I’m just so confused. I’m very conscientious and I’m not trying to mess up her life, I just want to ensure my future. I don’t understand why she doesn’t get that.

I started dieting I am addicted to losing weight
I don’t think I have an eating disorder because I dont think I’m fat

I also LOVE food, but I feel guilty after I eat unhealthy food

I see a psychiatrists for anxiety and depression he doesn’t think i have an eating disorder.
My mom gets very sad when she looks at me
She says I’m waisting away
I feel guilty but not enough to stop losing weight.
Could I have an eating disorder?
okay , im 14 and i did weed ONCE on my birthday now she thinks im a drug addicts alcoholic and that was last year.
soo just now we were watching intervention and they were talking about like inhaling house hold items and she turns to me and said “how many times have you done that” and i didnt relpy and then she said ” its really sad that you cant reply to that question , why do you do it so much ?”
i never anwsered and got up and left.

i told her i was going to hang out with a friend and she said ” oh what drug are you going to do ?”

my mother in law (who i hate more than life its self! ) has been a alcoholic(mostly wine) for many years and she was just diagnosed with diabetes(which i think came from the many years of drinking). she has her moments when shes sober but it doesn’t last long, and not to long ago she told me that one of her boy friends told her drinking helps her sugar (glucose). which i find total bull crap! she bruises very easily and i read that it can be a complications with liver function. now my question is, Is it bull crap that she is telling my husband and i ? …thanx .

no my mother in law is not over weight all she does is drink but omg does she EVER Bloat up like a balloon when she drinks even her fingers bloat up
oh god no im not an enabeler! i never give her anything i actually took away her car so she wouldnt kill anyone she drives drunk to go and get more booz and yes she may be a legal adult but she is no where close to being a grown adult
