can you clean septum piercings with alcohol? or table salt?

I just got my septum pierced 3 days ago and i haven’t cleaned it with any liquids only like a q-tip and water. but i heard it can get infected if i dont clean it with antibiotics. i dont have any sodium peroxide or any of that sea salt. and i cant buy some cuz my mom will get suspicious. and she doesn’t know that i have a septum piercing.
the only things i have is alcohol and table salt.
would that work?
