doctors and nurses know how badly we need reform. We have broad agreement in Congress on about 80% of what we’re trying to achieve. And we continue to work on the other 20%. We have an agreement from the drug companies, who violently opposed reform in the past, to make prescription drugs more affordable for seniors.
