and should I tell?
We have tryed to get her help but it didnt work… My dad is EVERY mean and yells a lot. And alcoholism, drugs, and somking run in are family there isnt any family to go to.
yes she is bad and some times abuse me not that bad tho she only has smacked me pushed me in to walls and held me to a wall with her nails. and she cuss at me and calls me the biggist “bi*ch she knows and calls me a “peace of shit”

So I am 15 and I am on a mini probation for going into a house that someone was trying to sell without permission. I was stressed so i staretd smoking weed, but stopped soon after cause I knew that i was illegal and would get me no-where. Well, on my one month pot binge I staretd to gwo two marijuana plants. I put them in my closet and forgot about them meaning to get rid of them. My mom found them, and gave them to the police. And I recently got caught shoplifting a packet of gum (i know; stupid thing to do) so I already was in A LOT of trouble before she vn gave my pot plants to the cop. Why would she give them to the police and get me into more trouble. Now instead of community service I am going to juvie. Why didn’t she just punish me herself, why did she have to seriously get me put in juvie? I know that what I did in my past (3 weeks ago) was wrong, and I decided that I was going to change completely and I did. But 3 weeks to my mom and police is apparently only looked at as a “extremely short time.”

I’m 17 years old, and I live with my mother. I moved out when I was 16 but long story short I had to move back for a little bit.
But the problem is my mother is a drug addict and she constantly smokes crack
but it is HER house and I’ve asked her several times telling her to stop that I don’t want to be around it

so can I legally call the cops? or should I let her do what she wants in her own house?

My mother & brother in law are both on heroin. I want to call the cops and have them busted, but i’m not sure they will respond to the call.
They have an 8 month old, and a 3 years old living in the house. They neglect both children, and abuse the 3 year old. I already called children’s services about the abuse, and all they got was probation.
Something really needs to happen here for the children’s sake. I could really care less if they both overdosed today, and died. But I will not just sit back and let these children suffer. Please give me any advise you may have.

im having a halloween party and im having it at my moms house in the garage. my mom knows about the party and she will be upstairs with some of her friends.
a lot of my friends are bringing alcohol. my mom says she can be put into jail and or get the house taken away from her…is this true?
and if it is true, what loop-holes are there to keep my mom from getting into trouble for my friends drinking??
besides; if my friends are 18 and over, isn’t their chose and responsibility of their actions?
