has destroyed everyone’s life stealing multiple items and money from my now dying mom, disabled brother, other brother, and apparently has broken into multiple houses to support his habit and it again homeless and jobless and was hanging around my mom’s house..broke into her house before Christmas last year and was fopund hiding and living in the attic and stole multiple expensive Christmas presents.

He has stolen from me a credit card and changed $1000 before discover, has my social security number or did as he stole my driver’s licence and in my lifetime 5 complete set of keys. He somehow gets in the houses and cars even if locks are changed. I have a shed at my mom’s and he broke dozens of locks anfd it appears he has stolen stuff but I am afraid to look due to him living in it and using the bathoom everywhere in his drugged up state..broke windows and dead squirrels may be in there and I am afraid of the virus they may carry so don’t even know what he took from there..(cont)

half full but he claims he threw everything in the back which may be..I can’t see as it is all stacked to the roof due to his moving everything around. Naturally I do not want him in there. He used to be obsessed with guns and made multiple threats to kill everyone in the family. Everyone is terrified of him (he is addicted to oxycontin & possible other drugs. ..his mother has disowned him due to threats by her husband (who isn’t his dad) to divorce her if she helps him in any way (she is wealthy) as the nephew has lid so many times, cheated her of money, she spent thousands trying to get him help..he lies and doesn’t go to treatment..he did just go and claimsd he is off and (as usual) notone will help him..gee I wonder why after he stole so much and lied so much and threatened to kill everyone violently). I doubt if he is off drugs like he claims as he lies all the time.

My mom is dying and has about a month to live of her
prognosis and can’t take his continual begging and stressing and all. Anyway, I went to fireworks with my brother and a picnic and apparently this nephew was in my car..I knew right away as brights were on, radio way up, back light on..my other brother said druggie was in the car as the alarm lights were flashing and a big stack of my papers from the car was on the bench where this kid (in his late 20′s) was sitting and going through..he claimed h was not in the car..I found a purse in the car missing and it was found in my mom’s back yard where this guy slept on the porch..so I know he took it (luckily I took my wallet and purse with me and the purse was empty)..I don’t see these papers my nephew had that my brother said he put in the car just for a couple..those have my address on it..he did not know where I lived but now does. He is skilled at stealing people’s identities as this is what he and an accomplish did when they broke in the housing..the jerk..I hate him. I am terrified
now feeling no safety..I just left my mom as I was preparing some food for tomorrow and it hit me on the way home, he has my address.

I am in my late 50′s and never had a computer until this year. I am disabled and have no way to replace the computer, and printer, vcrs, big stereo birthyday present and two TVs..it took my whole life to get this stuff. I now only have $100 for food and gas and clothers and misc after the bills so obviosly can’t replace stuff hre steals if he comes here and braks in..he knows my cr so can see if I am here or not..what can I do to protect my belongings? He got into my mom’s at christams with two sticks and a lock in the sliding door.

My chain lock was breoken by my apartment so it does not appear too study. I also have a slide lock and live on the first floor so he could break a window..* am worried he may have taken some preapproved credit card forms and might break in to get those activated and ruin my credit. I hate where I live and am locked in

My step kids mom is a coke addicted useless bartender. She is not financially responsible for these kids. She gets them on the weekends. She beats her other smaller kids as does her husband. She left coke straws where her stepdaughters baby could find one and play with it. Her kids have found drugs in her purse and in her laundry. She doesnt spend time with them doing anything for them. She doesnt read to them, help them with homework, have rules, or anything. The twins are like 9 now and already have had police called on them and are dysfunctional at best. Why is it then that my step son in particular sticks up for her? She doesnt do anything to help us out, nothing for anyone but herself. WTF!!! I pray daily that she would overdose and do the world a favor.

i dont hear from her for 2 months sometimes…when i get a call from my mom or someone i think they are calling me 2 tell me she is dead..she has all types of trouble with the law and all types of trouble with people….i talked to her last night and she really wants help and i want to help her..do anyone know of a free drug treatment facility preferably down south alabama,mississippi,or louisiana area or someone she can call

i am addicted to taking night time cold pills with caffeine pills for the buzz and i can’t stop or i get depressed and my boyfriend is scared for me. this is affecting all my relationships cause when im not on the pills i am angry and violent and depressed and cry but i am all jittery and shaky and i feel rlly high when i am on them together. Can a person be addicted to non-narcotic drugs? i just need to take the pills last night i tried not to and felt like i wanted to kioll myself and just die and i cried for houirs. please help me? my mom is in narcotics annonymous and im afraid she will think this is a joke cause its not a real drug.

I need any advise on how to ask for help and who I should trust with this without being judged as I am a mother and I have a wonderful job. I am sure people who know me would be shocked and may look at me in a different light.. My husband has no idea :(

my dad and mom sometimes drink wine/ alcohol but they aren’t addicted to it at all! how come some people are like that? my dad drinks more than my mom but he knows when to stop. both of them dont smoke nor do any drugs? the question i really want you to answer is that WHY DO SOME PEOPLE GET ADDICTED TO WINE/ALCOHOL BUT OTHERS ARENT? does what mean when i drink alcohol will i also get addicted or not? is it REALLY that bad to drink alcohol once in a while when your legal?

Woah there Nelly, I didn’t say or imply abortion at 8 months, that is murder, a child is viable after 5 months, I’m talking about abortion after the first missed period, like 8 weeks to 10 weeks.

Yet she keeps having children! My gramdmother has her first child and my mother has her second and now she’s pregnant with her third!!! She does drugs and drinks when she pregnant! Her first child has alot of problems because of it, yet she still gets away with it!!! Is there anything i can do or anyone i could call to keep her from having anymore children???

As Mary grew up, her parents had a happy marriage, and both held down well-paying jobs. Both parents suffered from alcoholism and smoked, but in most other ways, they were good parents. They always attended school functions and generally provided for a sound education, her good health, and her happiness. In high school, Mary dealt with some anxiety about her parents’ health by attending Al-Anon meetings to help her understand their addiction. She was comforted by her parents’ ability to continue functioning well despite their addiction, and Al-Anon’s suggestions for dealing with their choices.

After Mary left for college, however, she noticed changes in her parents. When she came home winter break from college, she noticed that her parents had new prescriptions for strong narcotic pain medication for “back pain,” which they had never suffered from before. They now used the medication as an additional intoxicant with their alcohol, and often in excess of the recommended dosage, clearly in violation of the warning labels. Mary felt as though her parents were abusing the drugs, and brought this up with them. They replied that there was nothing wrong with the medication, that it was legally prescribed, and that they had no intention of quitting use of the drug.

Over time, she noticed that their prescriptions increased in quantity and potency, and she became increasingly concerned. During summer vacation, she noticed that they would take the medication first thing in the morning, and continue taking it all day long. One morning, her mother forgot to take the medication and was sick by lunchtime. Mary felt certain that this was a side effect of strong addiction, and that something had to be done.

Mary was worried about how her possible actions might affect her relationship with her parents. She was concerned about the effects on her older brother, his wife, and two children. She knew that her parents were active in the community and at church, and she didn’t want to damage their reputations. She also wondered whether her parents’ doctor would even discuss their health with her given current privacy laws and doctor-patient privilege. Additionally, Mary was concerned that, if her parents lost a legal source for the medication, given the addiction she suspected they suffered from, they might seek similar drugs on the street which would be more costly and much more dangerous.

I’m afraid he feels trapped. If he threatens to leave after a fight, I threaten suicide and have actually tried it several times. I get into a hyseterical frenzy. A while ago, he heard that I cheated on him and got very upset. He got togehter with this horrible girl (druggie and thief) and they slept toghether atleast 10 times and she even stayed with him for a couple of weeks since she doesn’t have a place to live. That was the worst month of my life. I couldn’t stop obsessing about what they were doing. I couldn’t stop crying. I really wanted to die. I really do love this guy but part of me wonders if he is an addiction. I am also a serious recovering drug addict and alcoholic with many emotional problems. Other guys show interest in me that would probably be able to take care of me but I am not interested. This guy doesn’t work and sponges off me and my Mom. I’ve been buying him weed as almost a bribe since he is very addicted to weed. I really need help and quickly.
