17-year-old gay friend had a blood test which detected cocaine and marijuana. Can child protective services…
August 20th, 2010My 17-year-old gay friend is living with his mom who just got out of jail. She is a drug addict who smokes crack daily and is financially supported by her own mother.
Anyways, the 17-year-old’s blood test was positive for cocaine and marijuana.
This is the 3rd time CPS was called to his house.
Will he go to jail or be put in foster home for testing positive to cocaine?
He turns 18 in 10 months.
What legal advice do you have?
I don;t have advice, but what the hell does it matter if he is gay or strait?
