They are located in Waltham, Mass

They have inpatient programs for alcohol, drugs etc.
This is also the place helped Steven Tyler with his addictions

give her so much love and care with fruit juices to drink that she will feel best with your advice not to drink alcohol

Look up some local AA meetings….go to this site this is probably the best thing you can do to get help.
