Drug Addicted Mother What would you say to her!?

I am writing my birth-mother a letter. she is 40 years od with 10 children. oldest being 25 youngest being 7 years old. All of which have been taken away by the state……I recently located 6 of them. So now has 7 of the 10 back in her life in some sort of way. My problem is She is still doing drugs even after she has seven children back in her life….how do i confront here!
let her know how it doesnt effect only her but the people around her.
BE STRICT!, really open her eyes,
Be assertive. she has a poor life style that not only effects her, but her children. You need to wake her up and force her to realize the mistake she made. Try to help her off the drugs and get her life back on track.
Tell her you do not understand how she could of put drugs before her kids. And now you know what her top priority is.
First off I’m sorry.Having someone you love on drugs is a horrible thing.Me and my husband have been together for 7 almost 8yrs.HE has been clean 1yr and 3months out of all that time.Let her know how much you all love her and that you will be a part of her life no matter what.At the same time don’t let her problem become yours.Her problem can take over your life just as easily as it has hers with out you ever touching drugs.It takes a very strong person to love someone even no it doesn’t seem like they love you back.She loves all of you.Tell her when she hurts you it probably won’t sink in now but over time it will.My husband has had several rehab attempts that i think never helped.One day he was going through with-drawls and he said no more something I had heard a thousand times.I had no reason to belive him but,every time he said it I treated it like it was the first and he is actually doing it.He may relapse tomorrow but I will be here waiting,loving him,wanting to hear the words I’ve had enough.Don’t give up on her!!!!!!!!!Fill your life with love and understanding.Don’t give her money or bail her out of jail.Let her see the consequences for her actions.Just love her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
