There never is a right time to tell a mother her child is addicted to meth, the best thing you can do is tell her next time you see her, tell her your going to get clean and need her support more than ever now.

No matter what is going on in her life I am sure she is willing to help her child. That would be the best thing you are doing not only for you but also for her. Really I suppose it boils down to what you meant. Were you referring to methamphetamines or methane? If it is methamphetamine, seek professional counseling immediately (provided this is not a joke). If your addiction is to methane, then take some beano or other gas suppressant medication and stop farting for goodness sake. Nobody wants to smell that.
are you planning on getting clean? It sounds like right now is a really hard time for her, so you might want to at least try and take measures to get off the meth before you bring it up to her. If you need her support, then by all means tell her.
