Our mom is addicted to methampethamines. This addiction is destroying our relationship. My friends and I are vaccillating between wanting to help and concern.
How do I get involved this dillemma? I live in Bexley, Connecticut.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

There have been way too many of these same questions recently, all by new users. I think someone should check this problem out. It is causing this category to be overflowed with these useless questions
Call Al-Ateen in your area to get started and then go from there–it’s a support group for teenagers who live with an addicted parent. They will help you threw this, and they can explain things to you when you don’t understand them. If you cannot find them in the phone book call Alcoholics Anonymus and ask them if they can provide you with the adress and phone number of a group near your area.Good luck

Anyway I will try to help yoiu out.
You should talk with your mom and tell her how you feel about the problem she has and propose solutions to her, if she refuses your help then it is time to convince her by any means.
There are several organizations that threat this problem all over the country, so maybe they can do something abput the problem.
