prostituting on cocaine. When Tyra asked if she was ever afraid when she was meeting a man, she confessed the unknown was scary, not knowing the men’s intentions or what they would do. Victoria also revealed she’d sneak out to meet with men when her mom Sara was asleep. Sara said it was hard to believe her daughter had been prostituting because she and Victoria’s step-dad worked hard to provide everything they felt their children needed. She felt guilty about the lifestyle her daughter had …

I understand that she wanted money (however, accessories and clothing isnt that important! I’m not a female, so I cant really understand her motives, but heck, I wouldnt sell myself for new PC hardware or something similar) , but was prostitution an answer? And I dont understand how she became drug addicted, if she didnt stood on a corners (so I believe she didnt had any souteneur). Did her customers made her drug addicted?
it is legal here in New Zealand and that will not fix the problem. They have a very expensive lifestyle in order to get away from the emotional trouble and therefore keep doing it.
I’m sick of Tyra’s comments on both Sasha and this girl looking like they’re 14. I am 21 and I happen to be very petite and get judged for looking younger all the time, but just because you look younger, doesn’t mean that you are. Tyra must be deluded by Hollywood where 28 year olds are playing high schoolers. Many people who are 18 or people who are in college can easily pass for 15 or 16 year olds.
Heres a thought, legalize prostitution so the government can regulate it and the women can go to the police if they are abused or raped. Legalizing it actually gives women the choice to either be in the industry or get out when they want as there is no “pimps”
This is so sad she prostituted herself just to buy clothes and accessories, this is what is important to fucking kids nowadays. What a country we live in.
Children and babies, usually cannot defend themselves or flee from rape!!! You act as if porn stars have vegetative brains, and cannot control what they do with their bodies. Women are the ones who dress like children in porn. They are the ones who choose to participate in violence on camera! Stop confusing them with children. It’s time to face the music: women participate in some of the most disgusting acts. Your men feed the industry! Your men salivate while watching women dress like kids.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I really appreciate it. :-) That’s the goal of the annotations: to provide a viewing experience that is significantly more interesting & informative than just watching the original video by itself.
Re: Victoria, I’m glad you have empathy for her. Everyone is naive when they are young & makes mistakes. I’m just glad that she has learned from this & is now helping others. :-)
14..?? yeah, i know sumone who started at the age of 13, in cuba, this is very common, like EXTREMELY.. u dont even get impressed… but it doesnt make u happy still, but its different than in USA, they dont actually, go and wait on a corner for the guys; in cuba, they go to clubs, they meet there, then the rest, u all know….
wow, i never knew that things like that happened in america to young girls, i really think that this girl was soo brave to come on that show and tell her story.
I think that this topic is a very powerful one and I applaud the Tyra Banks show for bringing it up. This girl has a message. And I hope it is heard and even more important UNDERSTOOD. She made her mistakes in life, who doesn’t? I applaud her for being brave enough to step out of the shadows and share her story with the world.
Ok this is just bull. They somehow put girls barely out of high school on national tv and let her start making a dumb testimony about her being a prostitute. Woopdeedoo, here comes the emotional justification for a “minority group”. Pfft, prostitutes are not a “minority group”, they are young girls with no skills or even an ounce of job training, didn’t learn anything in high school, and wanted to find easy money. It’s not that they never got a chance to have a better lifestyle, they chose* it.
I’m glad she does not condone this lifestyle and I commend her bravery for sharing this with the world, . Again- I don’t think she should have sympathy for being a victim, but I do believe by sharing her experience she can teach a lot of girls out there something valuable.
I agree with the people who say that she should not be looked as a victim of sexual abuse – it was consensual in order to gain money she did not need. But I don’t think we could conclude that she’s TRYING to gain sympathy either, how do you know that’s her purpose? She told Tyra in another video that though it was a painful topic, she wanted to share it to stop other girls from following her path.
My mother was a prostitute… and I just want to let victoria know that you most likely damaged your life. My moms mind is soo messed up because of it that I can’t even stand to be in the same room as her. Lucky for me.I will never sell my body because of what it has done to my mothers mind. You might think your selling your body for money but thats not it you sold your sanity along with your body.. I hope things turn out good for you and you have realized from your mistakes. God bless you

She’s a pretty cute young girl.

This is really sad, i mean at least she is just getting it all out of her and she has to stop.
she sellin herself short
this story makes me sick that such a beautifull girl would turn to something like this its good to see she turned her life around may god bless her

i am really glad that Victoria is finally on the right path to success. i hope she can let her past go and have a very positive future.

The young will do anything just for clothes, she got an std as well, the youth should be educated more that clothes aren’t important
This is so sad she prostituted herself just to buy clothes and accessories, this is what is important to fucking kids nowadays. What a country we live in.
this is what happens when you spend more money on the military system than educating your youth.
poor thing
