What should I do if the mother is on drugs and living in a house where the doors don’t lock and the window out?

The window is broken out in the front of the house, it’s not clean and she don’t like bathing them. Every Time we go to get them we have to bath them, they smoke dope and stuff.
umm..
call social services
I would call social services and try to get custody until she cleans up her act.
