It has been reported that my daughter-in-law is breastfeeding her baby while on Meth the CPS has done nothing. She has tested positive for Meth. What are they waiting for my grandson to die?.

QUICK DRUG REHABILITATION
Cps is suppose to have non-tolerance for drug use. Where do you live? Maybe you should try going to a higher authority.
I am so sorry for your situation. I would try contacting a lawyer and get advice. It also sounds like most likely she was on Meth during her pregnancy so your grandson was probably addicted at birth.

I would have more than one person call and report the situation. I would have creditable people call, who are willing to leave their names, and numbers so the authorities can call them back and check on them.
If I was you I would call the non emergency police phone number and tell them what is going on. If something can be done legally they will do it. I am so sorry for that little baby and you to have to worry about it. Meth is bad bad thing.
